1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the xGolazo mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

xGolazo is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Create and manage football teams
• Track match statistics and results
• Connect with other players
• View rankings and achievements
• Access formation analytics
• Participate in tournaments

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use certain features of the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (“User Content”).
• By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it in connection with the App.
• You represent that you have the right to post your User Content.
• We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

xGolazo offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans (“xGolazo Pro”) that provide access to premium features including advanced analytics, player comparison, formation insights, achievements, and enhanced AI-powered match analysis.

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the price displayed at the point of purchase.
• Annual Plan: Billed annually at the price displayed at the point of purchase.

Free Trial: A free trial period may be offered for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

You can restore previously purchased subscriptions at any time using the “Restore Purchases” option in the App.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by xGolazo and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

9. Disclaimers

• THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
• USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XGOLAZO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xGolazo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
